GRAMPIES QUICK SWEET ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 tbsp. melted butter, divided
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
Sugar and cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Add remaining water. Mix in 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt, sugar and flour, in order given. Knead a few minutes. Roll out dough to approximately 3/8 inch thick. Rub with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough into a long sausage shape. Cut into 18 pieces. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Mix with brown sugar and place in muffin tins. Place cut dough on brown sugar mixture. Let rise about one hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes. Turn out immediately -- upside down. Yield: 18 rolls.
