SALISBURY STEAK 
1 2/3 c. crushed soda crackers
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
2 eggs
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix and make into patties. Brown in 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk. Pour over browned patties and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
