VENISON SALISBURY STEAK 
10 to 12 pieces venison minute steak
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped or sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 can water

Salt and brown minute steak in skillet and place in baking dish. Sauté pepper and onion in skillet and add brown sugar, soup and water. Heat together and pour over steak.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F.
