1 lb. hamburger
1 c. sauerkraut
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup

Brown meat. Layer the 4 ingredients in a 9 x 9 inch casserole dish. Pour 1 can of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can water. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
