REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef Salt & pepper to taste 2 c. uncooked wide noodles 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can warm water 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup Brown together ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Spread half of meat mixture on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Pour sauerkraut over meat mixture, then uncooked wide noodles. Put rest of meat mixture over noodles and cover with soup mixture. Bake, covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered 30 minutes more. Top with dry parsley. |
