1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) container sour cream
2 lg. handfuls crushed Fritos
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)

Brown hamburger meat. Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon mixture into taco shells or pour over tortilla chips.
