HASH BROWN QUICHE | |
24 oz. hash brown potatoes, thawed 1/4 c. melted butter 2 c. Swiss, Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 c. half & half 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. chopped ham Line 10 inch pie plate with hash browns. Pour over the melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Layer in ham, cheese over hash browns. Beat eggs; add half & half and salt. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
