1 pkg. Edkrich smoked sausage, sliced & diced
2 c. loose hash browns
6 eggs, well beaten

In a large skillet, brown sausage. Set aside. Brown hash browns in same skillet. Return sausage to skillet. Mix well with potatoes. Add eggs. Cook until eggs are done. Serve with hot biscuits.
