SAUSAGE HASH 
1/2 lb. sausage
3 med. potatoes, diced
Salt
Pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. water

Brown sausage and onion in 10 inch iron skillet. Add potatoes and water, simmer. Stir occasionally. (When stirring after potatoes are cooled, mash potatoes partially to thicken.) Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot biscuits.
