HASH BROWN QUICHE 
3 c. frozen hash browns or make your own
1/3 c. butter, melted
4 oz. hot pepper cheese
6 oz. diced cooked ham
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. light cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Press hash browns in bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie plate to form a crust. Drizzle melted butter over crust. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Toss together the ham and cheese and place in crust. Beat the cream with the eggs and seasoned salt. Pour over ham and cheese.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
