HASH BROWN BREAKFAST 
6 slices bacon
1 lb. sausage
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook bacon in microwave 6 minutes and 30 seconds on high with 6 paper towels on bottom and 2 paper towels on top. May need to adjust time to make bacon crisp. Crumble bacon and set aside.

Cook sausage in skillet, crumbled. Drain well and reserve drippings.

Heat drippings in skillet; add frozen potatoes. Cook over low heat until crisp and lightly browned.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; stir well and pour over potatoes. Stir in cheese, sausage and bacon. Stir and cook until eggs are done. Serve alone or in biscuits or on flour tortillas.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
