HERBED BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Cook and drain 2 (10 ounce) packages of chopped broccoli and place in a casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Add 4 tablespoons flour; make a smooth bubbly paste. Gradually add 2 cups milk. Cook until thick and smooth. Pour over broccoli. Make 1 package herbed Stove Top stuffing per package of broccoli. Follow directions for stuffing and add 2/3 cup chopped walnuts on top of broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Also good for stuffed chicken breasts.
