HERBED BROCCOLI 
2 lbs. fresh broccoli, cut into spears
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Steam broccoli until tender-crisp. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle olives on top. Combine bread crumbs, herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of broccoli. Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice. Pour over all. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
