CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
6 boneless chicken pieces (breasts or thighs)
6 slices ham (6 oz.)
6 slices Swiss cheese (3 oz.)
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk (skim or 2%)

Flatten chicken pieces slightly on board. Place strips of ham and cheese on chicken. Fold or roll chicken over ham and cheese. Wet chicken in milk and roll in bread crumbs. Arrange on wire rack on baking tray. Bake at 350 degrees until juices run clear when pierced with a fork, (45 minutes to 1 hour). Serve with noodles.
