CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
6 chicken breasts (boneless)
6 slices ham, thin
3 sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp. sage or other spices
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
4 tbsp. butter

Pound chicken breasts flat. Place one slice of ham and 1/2 slice of cheese on each piece. Top with tomato and spices. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpick. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley. Mix in blender. Dip chicken in butter and roll in crumb mix. Place in shallow baking pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
