2 pkgs. orange Jello
1 pt. orange ice or sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges
Boiling hot water

Drain oranges, save juice. Add enough water to make 2 cups but keep separate. Melt jello with this water, then add remaining juice. Add orange ice and beat with mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in oranges, pour into mold and chill until firm.
