ORIENTAL CRAB SPREAD | |
1/3 c. light cream cheese product 1 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1 tbsp. soy sauce 6 oz. fresh crabmeat 1 (8 oz.) can whole water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped 1/3 c. diced green bell pepper 1 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve with unsalted crackers. |
