ORIENTAL SHRIMP PITA 
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. pineapple or orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
Dash of ground ginger
1/4 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (14 oz.) can mixed Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained
1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 (2 oz.) pita, halved or 2 (1 oz.) pitas

In medium bowl, stir together first 8 ingredients. Toss in vegetables and shrimp. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours. To serve, drain well and stuff mixture into pita. Serves 2. About 225 calories per serving.
