ORIENTAL SHRIMP WITH EGGS 
6 oz. shrimp
1 oz. mushrooms
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can bean sprouts
Green onions
2 tbsp. butter
3 3/4 tbsp. cooking sherry flavoring
Pinch black pepper
Celery

Clean shrimp, chop onions, celery and mushrooms. Melt butter, saute shrimp, onions, celery, mushrooms for about 1 minute. Add drained bean sprouts. Beat eggs, sherry, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into the ingredients in saute pan and stir until scrambled and set.
