SHRIMP AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
15 slices bread, torn into sm. pieces (crust removed) 9 eggs, beaten 4 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. minced parsley 1 tsp. mustard (dry) 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 3 c. cooked shrimp, washed, shelled, and dried Spray 13 1/2 x 8 x 1 inch pan with Pam. Place bread in pan. Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl. Pour over bread. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until set. Bake at 325 degrees. |
