CRANBERRY BAKE 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1 cup brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1 cup pecans (optional)

Sort through and wash cranberries, drain well. Combine cranberries, brown sugar, orange marmalade, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans (if using). Pour into 2-quart baking dish.

Bake at 350°F or 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes. May loosely cover with parchment or foil to contain juice from berries as they will pop while baking.
