CRUNCHY SHRIMP SALAD 
1 c. minute rice, cooked
1 1/3 c. lite mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco sauce
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1 c. raw cauliflower, broken in sm. rosettes
1 1/2 c. canned shrimp, rinsed and drained

Mix all ingredients together. Serves 6.
