SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
3 tbsp. salmon liquid
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 egg
2 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients. Pack into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with creamed peas over.
