TEX-MEX SLAW | |
1/2 head green cabbage 1 c. taco sauce 1 lb. can black beans, drained 1 red onion, shredded 1/3 c. lite mayonnaise 12 oz. frozen corn Shred cabbage and onion and combine. Steam corn 3 minutes, then drain. Combine taco sauce and mayonnaise. Toss all together just before serving. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings. |
