Sm. can drained bean sprouts, opt.
Tart apple, chopped
Sunflower nuts

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Prepare dressing. Combine and chill. Serves: 6.
