1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn, drained or 1 can whole kernel corn & 1/4 c. each chopped red & green pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. cubed American sharp cheese
2 tbsp. sliced black olives
4 c. cabbage, chopped

Mix above ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Pour Celery Seed Dressing over. Chill.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix dressing, pour over corn mixture. Chill.
