TANGY COLE SLAW 
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
Sugar substitute to equal 3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder

Mix together cabbage, carrot and green pepper. Mix together sugar substitute, vinegar, corn syrup, oil, celery seed, garlic and onion powder. Pour over cabbage mixture and marinate overnight. Makes 8 servings.
