MOTHER'S CUSTARD PIE 
Beat 3 eggs
Add 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt, cinnamon or nutmeg for flavor
Add 2 1/2 c. milk

Pour in unbaked 10 inch crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake until the pie is "set". Good - the baking is the secret of a good custard pie.
