EGG CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs (stir them up, don't whip)
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
Pinch of salt, vanilla & nutmeg

Stir flour, eggs and then combine remaining ingredients and then add to eggs. Put into an uncooked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then lower the heat to 300 degrees until done. A knife will cut clean when done.
