BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM FONDUE 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Lg. can mushroom pieces, not fresh
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, in pieces
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

Saute onion in butter; add soup, mushrooms, broccoli. When this mixture is hot, add cheese stirring frequently. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Serves 10.
