BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and diced
3 med. onions, chopped fine
1 (6 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted (I use 1/2 stick)
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 box Jiffy muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl. Pour into well greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch or 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
