CUCUMBER DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
3 sm. - med. cucumbers
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
Granulated garlic to taste
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Few drops hot sauce

Grate cucumber and press in colander to remove most of juice. Mix cheese, mayo and yogurt. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with crackers.
