TORTILLA ROLLS 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green olives, with pimientos
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Tabasco and garlic powder to taste
4 to 5 large flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients together; place 1/4 to 1/5 mixture in center of tortilla and roll up. Refrigerate or freeze, then cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve with picante sauce.
