TORTILLA ROLL - UPS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. salsa
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
12 flour tortillas

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add salsa, green onion, garlic salt and chili powder. Spread heaping tablespoon on each tortilla. Roll up. Cover and chill 2 hours. Slice into 1/2" slices. Cover with wet paper towel and plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
