SPINACH BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped spinach (cook and drain)
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tbsp. melted butter
6 tbsp. parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls. Put on lightly buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

These can be made in advance and frozen. Place the balls (uncooked) on a tray and cover with waxed paper. Freeze at least 2 hours. Place in bag and put in freezer until you want to thaw and bake them.
