SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze out water)
2 c. herb stuffing mix
3 tbsp. minced onions
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme

Mix ingredients and make into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
