RAW BLUEBERRY PIE 
PIE SHELL:

1 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix flour, salt, and sugar right in pie pan. Mix oil and milk together. Add to ingredients in pie pan. Stir with fork. Press around sides and bottom of pie pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; cool.

BLUEBERRY MIXTURE:

Boil and stir until thickened:

1 c. fresh blueberries, crushed
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Add 3 cups fresh blueberries; mix. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate. Spread with Cool Whip before serving. Do not substitute frozen berries.
