RAW APPLE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell

Mix together sugar and flour. Add unbeaten eggs, melted butter, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in chopped apples and mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until done. (Knife inserted comes out clean.)
