HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. pimento
1/2 c. peanuts
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. salad dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
Crushed potato chips

Saute vegetables. Combine all ingredients except potato chips; put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
