HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. diced celery
3 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. cooked chicken, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed potato chips

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except potato chips. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with potato chips and bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
