HONEY - MOIST CORNBREAD 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

MICROWAVE: Pour mixture into microwave ring mold. Microwave on high, turning dish every 3 minutes until cornbread pulls away from sides and is dry on top. Let stand 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
