HONEY CORNBREAD 
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup honey

Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add cream, oil and honey. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Pour into 9 inch square pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
