HONEY TEA CAKES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. honey
2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Sifted powdered sugar

In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and honey. Add flour, walnuts, and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes or until the cookies are tinged with brown. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. When cool, roll cookies in powdered sugar again. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
