TUNA BROCCOLI QUICHE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk or half and half
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. mustard, or to taste
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish, drained
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed or 1 1/4 c. fresh broccoli florets, blanched
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Beat first 4 items together. Put tuna and broccoli into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
