PEPPERONI BREAD 
Sliced pepperoni (lb.)
6 rolls dough (frozen "Rhodes" dough)
1 pkg. bacon
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
6 cookie sheets

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stretch dough into greased cookie sheets. Cut bacon into 1 1/2 inch strips then cook 1/2 way. Cover dough with pepperoni. Sprinkle cheese on top then sprinkle some bacon pieces on top.

Roll dough into log then cut slits. Cook until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
