PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 piece of House of Pasta dough, defrosted
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 stick pepperoni
Egg yolk
Sesame seeds

Defrost 1 piece of House of Pasta dough (comes 2 in pack). Grease cookie sheet. Spread dough; put a little butter; grate Swiss cheese (1/2 pound). Spread on dough and add sliced pepperoni. Fold lengthwise on cookie sheet; brush with egg yolk. Add sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour until brown.
