PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 pizza dough, defrosted
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni (salami or ham)
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
Flour
Sesame - poppy seeds

Defrost pizza dough. Lightly flour surface and roll out dough about 1/8 inch thick with rolling pin. Next, place pepperoni pieces down and then top with cheese. Roll up like jelly roll. Pinch ends together. Brush egg on top. Sprinkle with seeds (poppy, sesame, or garlic pieces). Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes (turn over half bread half way through cooking time). Let set about 5 minutes and cut with electric knife.
