SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1-2 lbs. hamburger
6 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1-2 c. homemade gravy
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 stalk celery, sliced
3 lg. carrots, peeled and diced
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2-3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook potatoes, mash and set aside. Cook carrots until tender, set aside. Fry hamburger, drain. Add onions, celery and mushrooms. Add gravy. Pour meat and gravy mixture into a casserole dish.
