SHEPHERD'S BEEF PIE 
2 c. cut up beef and gravy
1 c. peas, cooked
1 c. carrots, cooked
1 c. green beans, cooked

Combine cut-up beef with gravy. Add cooked peas, carrots and green beans. Pour hot into a casserole. Make a ring of seasoned mashed potatoes around the edge of the casserole. Bake in a preheated hot oven, 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
