1 Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix
1 lg. box instant vanilla or banana pudding
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries

Bake cake in oblong pan according to directions. Open pineapple (after cake cools) and pour part of juice over cake. Spread pineapple over cake. Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese according to pudding directions. Spread over cake. Spread Cool Whip over and add cherries.
